Loader→Extruder→Die→Cooling Tank→Haul Off→Cutter→Double-station Winder
1.This production line adopts single screw extruder equipped with SIEMENS motor and ABB inverter.
2.Special design for die head to ensure the consistent and stable production as well as to achieve to change sizes fastly.
3.Haul off could match cutter well to achieve fixed-length cut and reduce the tolerance.
4.Accurate winding to guarantee the welding rod winded in alignment.
