Extrusion Coating & Laminating Machine for Flexible Packaging, Medical Product, Building Materials
Introduction:
Our extrusion system can be designed as single extruder for mono-extrusion or 2/3 extruders for multi-layer co-extrusion. Extrusion lamination brings two substrate materials together by the melt resin extruded through extruders and T die. Extrusion die is a key component to produce low thickness variation when it works with advanced gauge control system. Automatic splicing turret type unwinder and winder are available for jumbo rolls of different roll diameters. The line also include some extra units such as primer coater for PET film and corona treatment units.

snack food bag, candy wrapper, medical barrier packaging, soup sachets, toothpaste tube, milk pouch, laminating film, lidding film, thermal film etc.
