OPP labeling machine:
HOT MELT GLUE OPP LABELING MACHINE MAIN PARAMETERS:
1. Bottle diameter: 30-300mm, height: 40-600mm(round). One size bottle need one set bottle mold.
2. Labels material is OPP or other plastic, glue is hot melt glue
3. Labeling speed: 40-80 bottles per minute
4. Power: 3.6KW
5. Electric parameter: 380V/50Hz

HOT MELT GLUE OPP LABELING MACHINE CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:
1. Basic feature:
The outer material is polishing stainless steel. The whole machine is tidiness and beautiful.
2. Machine drive: PLC system control all of the actions.
3. Bottle conveying system Convey chains, special convey strap, stainless steel guard(can design by the height of containers).
4. Labels request:
A. Label material is OPP or other plastic,
B. Label thickness: 0.03-0.09mm;
C. Label rolls diameter: <430mm, label roll inner diameter: >7mm.
5. Machine control system:
A. Use OMRON computer automatic control system(Chinese and English operator interface), Servo electric motor, touch screen, transducer, intermediate relay.
B. Main electric parts: Taiwan YK main electric motor and convey electric motor, BANNER color mark sensor, BANNER proximity sensor, BANNER Hall sensor, BANNER photoelectric switch.
C. Air-powered equipments: AirTAC electromagnetic valve and air cylinder.
D. Waterproof operation box.
E. All the control systems, alarm system and signal light control system are focus on the electric touch sensor and show all the action informations.
