The selection and application of filter materials can be adjusted according to different filter types and usage conditions to ensure that the product meets the design effect, durability and safety requirements. Through reasonable material combination and manufacturing process, the filter can effectively provide clean air or liquid and protect and eliminate pollution to the environment.

Each filter material has its own characteristics, providing key support for filter manufacturing:

PU glue (polyurethane glue):

Sealing and bonding: PU glue is mainly used for sealing and fixing filters. For example, it is used to seal the gap between the filter material and the bracket during the assembly process of the filter to ensure that the product will not leak or loosen during use.

Hot Melt glue:

Fixing and Sealing: Hot melt adhesive is often used to fix the position of filter paper and filter media, as well as to provide additional sealing performance in the assembly of the filter. It can cure quickly and has good sealing properties, which is suitable for our production line.

PU glue and hot melt adhesive provide excellent bonding and sealing properties, ensuring product structure hooking and efficient sealing.

Sealing rubber ring:

Sealing performance: used for filter interface and connection, the sealing rubber ring can ensure that the filter is well sealed during use to prevent leakage or contamination of the medium.

Sealing plate:

Enhanced structure and sealing: used to support filter media and filter paper structure, enhance filter stability and sealing performance, and accurately or improve sealing conditions.

The sealing rubber ring and sealing plate enhance the sealing performance of the filter and effectively prevent leakage and contamination.

Plastic molds:
Molding and manufacturing: Plastic molds are used to manufacture filter housings or specific components, providing precision in shape and structure, ensuring product consistency and accuracy.

The molding accuracy and structural consistency of plastic molds ensure the stability of product appearance and performance.

Filter paper:

Filter media: Filter paper is the core material of the filter. Its microporous structure can effectively filter solid particles or pollutants in the air or liquid, providing our filtering effect.

Nonwoven fabrics: 
Support and filtration: Nonwoven fabrics are often used as support or reinforcement layers to help maintain the stability of the filter paper version and can enhance the filtration efficiency and life of the filter.

Metal mesh: 
Support and reinforcement: Metal mesh is used to manufacture purification layers, usually to enhance mechanical strength and stability, especially in high temperature or hot environments.

Filter paper, non-woven fabric and metal mesh as basic materials provide excellent filtration efficiency and reliable support capacity to ensure the reliable operation of the filter under environmental conditions.
