Our LDPE LLDPE HDPE BOPP film compactor pelletizing line is designed and manufactured by RETECH team,it combines the latest new Euro recycling tech which with function of cutting/compacting/pelletizing the plastic film in one step,the specially designed structure screw ensure the best extrusion filtration and vacuum degassing performance.

1. Feeding

Stable feeding by level, belt conveyor linkage setting with compactor

2. Cutter Compacting

Cuts, dries and compacts the material which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder.

3. Main Extruder with Double degassing

Able to process both printed and non-printed material. Screw and barrel use 38CrMoA1A or bimetal material for long time use.

Optional filters like plate filter,piston filter,laser filter,backflush filter,etc.
