Advantages of Kruto PET Sheet Extrusion Auto Line
Simple and humanized frame design for whole extrusion line, will make the operator's field of view better. Reinforced supporting frame, more stable.
· Kruto PET sheet twin screw extrusion line, also can be used for PP/PLA sheet producing.
· Free crystallizer and dehumidifier, equipped with double venting system. Lower power consumption, bigger output capacity.
· 100% flakes material is no problem. APET, PETG, CPET or mixed material can be used. Good plasticizing, running stable.
· Temperature auto control: temp of extruder and temp of roller calender is adjusted automatically. Easy to operate. SIEMENS proportional valve, more accuracy, auto control.
· Full SIEMENS control system for the conplete line. Champion promises to make the special control system for every customer.
· Kruto has a lot of experience in PET sheet extrusion industry. We produce the PET sheet line over 50 lines.
