Plastic pall ring packing has plastic pall ring packing is a new type of packing,which is improved for some of the main shortcomings of the rasping ring.it is formed by opening eight layers of rectangular small windows on the wall of the ordinary rasping ring,overlapping the small window blades in the center of the ring,and interconnecting the upper and lower surface layer windows.

The four advantages of plastic pall ring are small resistance,large flux, large flexibility of operation and high separation efficiency. Therefore,under the same pressure reduction conditions,its processing capacity is much larger than that of the lacey ring,if it is the same processing capacity, its pressure can be reduced to less than half, at the same time,its mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%.it is characterized by its very large production capacity,in general,the use of compared to the use of rasping rings to save about 35% of the packing volume.
