Overview
The label remover is a machine specially designed for bottle recycling plants. It is mainly used for cleaning and recycling various labelled bottles.
Before the bottle is broken, we need to remove the label on the bottle to reduce the content of impurities such as PP, PE, PVC, etc. in the bottle.

The label remover can be divided into two category: Single shaft label remover and three shaft label remover. They can remove the plastic label by use the air suction and blade friction. The single shaft label remover can remove the label by 95% and 100% removing ratio with big capacity by three shaft label remover.
This machine is mainly used to remove the PVC label and OPP label and other label from the bottle.
With new design, just by air sucking, no need to connect water. This is a key machine for PET bottle recycling line.

Working introduction:
1. After the labeled bottle enters the label remove machine, the label remover separates the bottle from the label quickly. After several quickly separations, the label will be completely separated from the bottle.

3. If there are too large bottles (More than 2000ml) or bottles that their label is difficult to remove, we recommend using a manual sorting table to sort the impurities before the next stop.
