Product Description
Ball valve, opening and closing parts (spheres) driven by the stem, and the ball valve axis for rotating movement of the valve. It can also be used for fluid regulation and control, in which the V-shaped ball valve with hard seal has a strong shear force between the V-shaped ball core and the metal seat of surfacing cemented carbide, especially suitable for the medium containing fiber, small solid particles and so on. The multi-pass ball valve can not only flexibly control the confluence, shunt, and flow direction of the medium on the pipeline, but also can close any channel and make the other two channels connected. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. Ball valve classification: pneumatic ball valve, electric ball valve, manual ball valve.
1- The ball type is marked with the installation direction, and the installation mode is selected according to the customer's use condition. The correct direction can prevent the leakage when the pipeline is disassembled
2- Single-side adjustment ball seal, PTFE cushion seal, corrosion and wear resistance
3- Maintenance lines do not need to stop, as long as the ball valve is closed, can be unloaded, work
4- Cushion tightness can be adjusted moderately, without using special tools, can be quickly assembled
5- There are two pipe fixing screws at the bottom of the ball valve for pipe fixing
