Our Cable Sheath Pipes for High and Low Voltage Underground Cables are made of PVC-U or PVC-C, which are in the level of highest safety.
Here are characteristics of our PVC Cable pipe:
-- The product has very good physical and chemical characteristics. The PVC-C is resistant to high temperature, corrosion and voltage lower than 1000V. The PVC-U is resistant to corrosion and endures voltage lower than 1000V. The product is strong and has a long service life. It is an ideal product for power cable sheath, since it has overcome the serious defect of cement asbestos pipes.
-- The product is light in weght and easy for setting, greatly reducing the settiong time and the construction costs.
-- The product is safe and hygienic, without factors of endangering production and builders' health or creating environmental pollution as the cement asbestos pipes do.
-- It is economic to lay such pipes because there is little loss in transportation and laying and there is no need for large area excavation. Furthermore, there is no need to use special solidifying auxiliary materials.
-- It is very easy for cables to go through the pipes. The pipes have only little deformation, without discoloration,cracking or leakage.
-- The pipes are high in oxygen index and stable in material quality, so they meet the actual operation needs of high voltage and low voltage power cables.
Usually the pipe length is 4m. Also we can produce any length pipe to satisfy our customers.
