1: Which size of the gutter I should choose?
The size and style of gutters you choose are influenced by the location of your house and the environment surrounding it. In the common, 5.2-inch gutter is enough, we suggest you could consider using 7inch if your house has the factor of below,
1): Large house with big roofing area.
2): Houses found in heavy rain areas. Like tropical rainy climate area.
3): Roofing tile made of hard materials (such as tile and slate) and on steeply sloped roofs, in order to prevent the rainwater from overshooting the gutter.
2: What about the lead time?
Free sample needs 24 hrs during workdays, mass production time needs 3~7 working days.

5:Can I have a free sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
6:Do you have any MOQ limit?

7: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
8: How to proceed with an order?
Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production.
9: Is it OK to design my own-brand package?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
10: Do you offer a guarantee for your rain gutters?
Yes, we offer a 20-30 years warranty for our products.
11: How to deal with faulty products?
During the guarantee period, we have a warranty card for you. You can get corresponding compensation or get a replacement.
12:What are payment terms?
By T/T 30% deposit, 70% payment balanced before shipment out of the factory.
