Product Description
Transparent Plastic primer
Features: One component transparent plastic primer with fast drying speed, good adhesion to substrate, mid-way primer and all color paints.
Usage: Generally used for car shell plastic components or other plastic parts of the bottom spray, to increase the adhesion between plastic parts and paint.
Suitable substrate: PP, ABS and other plastic surface that has been cleaned and completely dry with oil removed.
Mixing ratio: Direct use.
Spraying requirements: 1.3-1.5mm caliber spray gun, air pressure 4-5 bar, spray one time, film thickness of about 2-3um. Before spraying, remove oil, detergent to remove wax, silicon and other impurities
Drying time: After standing and flash drying for 5-10 minutes /25ºC, 2K mid-way primer or 2K topcoat can be sprayed.
Points for attention:
(1) Avoid spraying too thick, otherwise it will cause poor adhesion, slow drying and other adverse consequences.
(2)Storage time original tank cap, 20 degrees for two years.
