PET/PE bottles/drum Washing Line:
Brief Introduction:
It is mainly for PET/PE Plastic bottle/drum recycling materials' washing and cleaning. PVC and some other plastics are also can be washed by this line. The whole line is fully automatic and it has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation. It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen: 300KG/H, 500-600kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h and 2000kg/h.
Processing flow:
Belt conveyer → Rolling separator →Manual pick table → Metal separator → Belt conveyer → Crusher → Label Separator → Hot washer 1 → Friction washing machine → Hot washer 2 → High-speed friction washing machine → Rinsing tank → Spray washing→ Dewatering machine → Blower dryness system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing
