Q1: What is the MOQ? Can I have a trial order?
A: Our minimum order is one 40FT container, 5 models mixed acceptable.For LCL shipment, MOQ of chair is 10 pieces per model.
Q2: Is OEM order acceptable ?
A: Yes, OEM, ODM order is available. Please contact us and indicate your specific requirement.
Q3:What are the payment terms?
A: 1.TT. TT30% in advance for deposit. then we arrange mass production, you can pay TT70%
balance against the copy of B/L.

Q4: What is your leading time or delivery time?
A: 10-20 working days for sample, 30 -40days for 40 ft. container.
Q5:What's your a warranty ?
A:2-3 years according to different products. New replacement will be packed in your next
container or send you directlty if you have any quality problems. We will afford all charges.
Q6: When can I get the quotation?
A:We usually quote within 24hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the
