The machine is widely used for filling ,sealing and batch No. printing of products packaged by aluminum-plastic and full-plastic tubes in cosmetics, toothpastes, medical ointments, food, shoe polishers, adhesives etc. according to customer requirements, the machine can realize dual-use filling of liquid and ointment materials through special design and special filling device. The machine can be used independently and can also form a production flow line with other equipment such as the automatic packaging machine and etc.
Features :
1. Equipped with automatic tube dropping box, automatic tube feeding , automatic color code aligning, automatic tube discharging, double-head filling.
2. Hot air inner heating, hot air heating from tube inner wall, no damage to tube surface tissues, beautiful sealing, especially suitable for sealing full plastic packaging tubes.
3. Mechanically adjusted filling volume, no filling in case of no tube, PLC control, touch screen operation.
4. Equipped with organic glass dust cover.
5. Irregular shape sealing (option).
6. Wire drawing preventing or leakage preventing filling head (optional).
7. Storage barrel liquid level control and alarming system, automatic feeding (optional).
8. Provided with mixing storage barrel (optional).
9. Provided with heating storage barrel (optional).
