PVC Pipe Making Machine
PVC pipe making machine /PVC pipe extrusion production line/ is mainly used in the manufacture of the UPVC and PVC pipes with various pipe diameter and wall thickness, such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and water drainage, electric conduit pipe etc.
This line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker etc. The screw extruder is equipped with Siemens beide brand motor and ABB brand inverter, The vacuum pump and traction motor both adopt advanced products. The haul-off machine has many models for different diameter pipes, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw etc. For the cutter, you can choose lift cutting blade type and no-dust cutting type.Our PVC pipe extrusion production line is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.

Process flow:
PVC powder + additive → mixing
Spring feeder → twin screw extruder → mould → vacuum calibration machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
After mixing raw material with other additives, the mixed powder will be fed into the extruder by spring feeder or vacuum feeder, after extrusion, the soft hot pipes will be produced by mould, then it goes into the vacuum calibration tank as below pictures:
The vacuum calibration tank's function to keep the pipe's shape and cool it, the vacuum calibration tank is mainly imposed of one or several water pump, one or several vacuum pump, and several rows of spraying nozzle. after cooling and forming shape, the pipes will be pulled to next machine--haul off machine, haul off machine's mainly function is to keep the pipes forward, there are two to eight claw for different diameter pipes. below piture one is three claw haul off machine, it is suitable for pipes' diameter not more than 250mm.
After haul off machine, the next machine is cutter, its function is to cut the pipes based on required length. there are also several type of cutting way, one is cutter type, another is planetary type cutter, and we also have no-dust type cutter, they are used for different type of pipes. below is planetary type cutter:
