Isolators:
The support system (Isolators) adopts the patented technology: Ultra-thin diaphragm air-spring with self-collimating pendulum bar technique, which can provides a relative stationary experiments environment with auto inflating and self-centering performance. The pheumatic system is of Germany FESTO products.
