Anti Pressing Hand Protective System



The intelligent fastener insertion machine is equipped with our patented safety protection system, and automatic detection on the anti-pressing hand function is working when starting up.

  Replaceable Die Base Mounting Plate


The bottom die base replace frequently during working, which leads to the screw striped of the lock thread losing efficacy in long-term working. Our machine is specially designed the quench hardening and grinding quickly changing the bottom plate for the die base.

      Auto Feeding System (Optional)


Precision aluminum alloy hard anodizing treatment, wear resistance Intelligent ON and OFF of the bowl feeder to avoid long time friction pf fasteners under vibration state, resulting in coating peeling and abrasion. Used for the size of M2-M6 screws, nuts, and standoffs automatic feeding. The maximum length of nuts and standoffs can reach 30mm. The system has the function of a fast removal residue fastener.
