Single Seated Balance Control Valve, Compared with top guided single seated Control Valve, Its dynamic stability is better with a balance sealing ring and could work smoothly under higher pressure drop. Compared with cage-guided single-seated control valves, it's better suited for applications involving fluid with entrained particles, and its trim will not be locked.
Features:
1. Compared with a single seated control valve (unbalanced disc) it can work in applications with higher pressure.
2. With small unbalanced force, large allowing pressure difference, stable operation due to the use of a balanced plug.
