Product Introduction
ZJHPF pneumatic diaphragm PTFE control valve is a kind of anti-corrosion straight-through single-seat control valve. The inside wall of body and trim which contact with fluid adopts high-pressure injection molding process to lined with corrosion and aging resistance polyperfluoroethylene propylene(F46) and sealed with PTFE bellows.
The pneumatic diaphragm control valve is widely used in the acid, alkali, poisonous and volatile gases and liquids.

Feature
1. Corrosion resistance. Almost able to withstand the corrosion of all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia).
2. Good sealing performance. Double sealing with bellows and packing to ensure no leakage.
3. The leakage is small. Because the valve core and valve seat adopt soft sealing, it is ensured that there is no leakage.
4. Equipped with HA actuator, with large output force and compact structure.
