Poly Pipe Saddle Welding Machine for Fitting Fabrication

Saddle Fusion Machine has semi-automatic and CNC Fully-Automatic types. The purpose of this saddle fusion welding machine for hdpe pipes is forhdpe fittings fabrication, which called reducing tee. HDPE Reducing Tee is usually used to supply water or gas to an area from a main pipeline, as they have a smaller off-take (and therefore less flow) than the original pipeline. The Polyethylene Pipe Saddle Welding Machine is constructed to allow operation by one person, incorporating main pipe clamp, branch pipe clamps, hydraulically removed the heating plate with curved elements and integrated hole saw for final removal of pipe coupon. The welding is by the way of butt fusion, and welding process can refere to DVS2207 welding parameters.
