Y-Type Conveyor Rubber Skirting Board to Prevent Spillage

Our skirt board include flat rubber skirt, Y- type skirt, Dual seal skirt, PU skirt, beveled edge skirt, etc.
Y- Type skirt Board is designed to prevent spillage without requiring service to maintain an effective seal. With less fugitive material escaping your process, you'll experience higher throughput, better efficiency and more revenue.
Features and advantages:
1. This sealing system is a low-maintenance design that provides an effective seal without the application of downward force onto the belt.
2. It is recommended that appropriate wear liners be installed on the inside of the chute to protect the sealing system from material side-loading forces.
3. It is composed of a single strip of rubber fabricated with an integral "outrigger" strip to form two sealing barriers.
4. This skirting will provide dual sealing effectiveness while allowing the simple installation of single-strip systems.
5. The sealing strip is clamped against the metal chute wall above the belt.
6. It is engineered to minimize fugitive dust and fine particulates from escaping the belt. Our belt sealing products are available for troughing angles ranging between 0 and 45 degrees.
