Powder High-Performance Polycarboxylate Water Reducer (High Water Reduction Rate, Type F)
PC-733 is a powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer made by the modification of polyether polymers through a special spray drying process. It's a new generation of concrete water reducer product with an ultra-high water reduction rate.

·High Water Reduction Rate: High water reduction, low dosage, reducing water usage, and enhancing the strength of the concrete.·High Compatibility: It has excellent adaptability with various types of cement and mineral admixtures, increasing the fluidity of concrete.
·High Durability: It enhances the compactness of hardened paste, improves shrinkage and creep performance, reduces cracks, and improves durability.
·Eco Friendly: Does not contain harmful substances, safe and environmentally friendly.
Application Information
PC-733 is suitable for various silicate series cement concrete systems. Such as in:- Ordinary concrete
- High-performance concrete
- Mass Concrete
- Concrete with large quantities of fly ash or mineral powder
- Special concrete
·This product can be measured and mixed directly into the concrete along with the mixing water. Alternatively, it can be mixed with water first and then added to the concrete - the latter method gives better results.
·This product can also be first added to the appropriate amount of water to create a liquid with the required solids content, then added to the concrete according to the recommended dosage.
·The recommended dosage is 0.10-0.40% of the cementitious materials, but the exact dosage should be determined by trial mixing based on the concrete design requirements and the actual raw materials situation.
·However, when the conditions allow for pre-mixing with dry powder materials, it's important to ensure the uniformity of the powdered materials. After the powdered materials are mixed evenly, water can be added to create the concrete mix.
Packaging and Storage
· This product is powder and has a shelf life of 12 months.· According to actual needs, 25kg/ bag, 500kg/ jumbo bag, 1000kg/ pallet.
