Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PC3050 is a kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder with higher water reducing rate and high collapse resistance.
In addition to the inherent characteristics of the powder water reducer, the biggest advantage is that it has very good collapse retention. It can be directly dissolved in water to prepare a liquid water reducing agent, and all indicators can reach the performance of a liquid polycarboxylic acid water reducing pumping agent, which makes the application process greatly convenient. For use in remote areas, simply stir and evenly dissolve it. The product has the characteristics of uniform particles, low water content, good solubility, high water reduction, and high collapse retention.

Product Characteristics
After being configured as a liquid, this product is suitable for the use of liquid polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agents, and is suitable for pre-mixed and cast-in-situ concrete in various industrial and civil buildings.
It is also used in high-strength, high-performance, high-durability, super-fluid, vibration-free, self-leveling, self-compacting and steel fiber special concrete; precast concrete, concrete for long-distance transportation, commercial concrete, etc.
It is especially suitable for construction sites in remote areas that are not suitable for building factories, and only simple pre-mixing equipment can meet the construction requirements.
Dosage
The recommended amount in various dry powder materials is 0.2-0.3% of the cementitious material. After dissolving, it can be used instead of liquid polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and after dissolving, it can be converted according to the actual solid content.

Storage
Store it in a cool, dry place below 30°C and protected against humidity and pressing. Storage time should not exceed 12 months. And please use it up within 60days if the bags are open.
