PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION:
MGM polyester film glass cloth insulation composite is a three-layer electrical insulation composite material, which is composed of two layers of high melting point 6020 electrical insulation polyester film and a layer of glass fiber cloth in the middle.
Features:
Heat resistance grade: Class F insulating material (155 ºC)
MGM polyester film glass cloth insulation composite has good mechanical strength and dielectric properties.
6020 polyester film for electrical engineering has high dielectric properties, tear strength and tensile strength, and good impregnation property. The mechanical strength and flexibility of the film can be improved and the thermal resistance and thermal stability of the product can be further improved after the high-density polyester fiber nonwoven fabric is bonded to the outer layer.
Application:
MGM polyester film glass cloth insulation composite is used for slot insulation, pad insulation and turn to turn insulation in stator windings of motors and electrical appliances. At the same time, it can also be used for coil insulation, end sealing insulation and gasket insulation of dry-type transformer.
