Product Description
The forming fabric is an important piece of equipment on paper machines. It is a device for forming and dehydrating the paper sheet on the paper machine. It dehydrates the pulp suspension from the headbox and runs the web to the follow-up section.
Polyester forming net is commonly used in paper machine forming parts. In the past, the copper mesh was mostly used, and the polyester-forming mesh was mainly woven by polyester monofilament. To increase the service life of the formed mesh, some manufacturers added nylon monofilament with better wear resistance in the weft line interval.
