ABOUT OUR NEEDLE PUNCH NONWOVEN
We can produce various specifications of needle punch nonwoven fabric, they are mainly used in filters and home textile products.
Needle punch nonwoven fabric for filtration:
Normal Temperature Needle Punched Felt:
Polyester needle felt (PE), Polypropylene needle felt (PP), Acrylic needle felt (AC), with PTFE membrane needle felt, Anti-static needle felt, Oil and Water repellent needle felt
High Temperature Needle Punched Felt:
Phenylenesulfide needle felt (PPS), PTFE needle felt, Glass Fibre needle felt, Polyimide Aramid needle felt
Pre-efficiency synthetic fibre Filter media:
It is manufactured from various of special organic synthetic fibre by different production process, such as needle punching, chemical adhesive, thermo-adhesion methods, etc. It is widely used in panel filter, pleated filter
Respirator surface shape setting cloth:
It is made from PET needle punch

We are specialized in melt-blown technology and have more than 12 years of experience in melt-blown nonwovens production. We developed our own electret charging equipment and electret master batch, adopting unique formula, to help with our nonwovens reach higher filtration efficiency and lower air penetration pressure.
