| Application process |
| Pre-spinning: Add 0.5% - 1% of our company's HY-168 high-performance polyester staple fiber oil agent. Post-spinning: Use HY-8668 silicone oil directly, and adjust the usage amount by oneself according to the effect required by the fiber. |
| Precautions |
| 1. The speed of hot air > 1.5 meters per second. 2. The moisture content of the fiber strand: < 10%. 3. The carrying rate of the bath solution: 8 - 10%. 4. The carrying rate of organosilicon: 0.4 - 0.6% for the fiber weight. 5. This product cannot be mixed with anionic auxiliaries. |
