Haiflon® Polymer Processing Additives PPA9028V
PPA 9028V is a kind of free flow white powder fluoropolymer based processing additives. At a very low level addition(50-800ppm), it can improve PE processing and does not affect the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing, can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA, PP and other polyolefin resin.

Processing Guide
The dispersion of PPA in resin determines the performance. The recommended process is to add PPA via 2%-3% Masterbatch through twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according to the ultimate goal. The conditioning time is 20-60 minutes according to the equipment, base material and shear rate. No conditioning time when long-term use of this product.
