Haiflon® Polymer Processing Additives PPA9022
PPA 9022 is free flow, 25 mesh white powder fluoropolymer based processing aid. At a very low level addition (50-800ppm), it can improve PE processing without affect the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing, can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resin.

Processing Guide
The dispersion of PPA in the resin determines in a large part the using effect, the recommended process is make the 2% - 3% master batch by the twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according to ultimate goal. When using for the first time, there are 20-60 minutes onset time according to the equipment, the base material and the shear rate. No onset time for the equipment that use PPA9022 long-term continuously.
