Polypropylene micron rated filter cloth
General introduction:
Zonel Filtech are adopted 100% grade A polypropylene fibers with various fiber sizes and blended, this optimized organized PP fibers will be needle punched into felt then finished with singing and calendering treatment according to standard workmanship of the factory so as to meet the most critical liquid-solid separation needs, the micron size from 1~200 can be customized.
Properties:
The PP nonwoven filter material suitable for PH value from 1~14, low resistance and with the excellent particles load ability, non-toxic with food grade, long service life.
Applications:
The PP nonwoven filter material will be processed into the PP liquid filter bag which widely used in fine chemical industry, electronic industry, automobile production plants, food and pharmaceutical industries (such as pure water filter cloth, edible oil filter bag, syrup filter bag, etc), paper production plants, oil and gas refinery industry, metallurgy industries, etc.
Generally, the micron rated polypropylene filter cloth will be sewn/welded (welded liquid filter bag) into filter bags with the various standard sizes with different top rings then be used combined with the S.S. bag filter housing for various working conditions.
