1. The product is a unified oil agent for the front and rear spinning of polypropylene staple fiber. The oil agent has good smoothness and good tow bundling.
2. This oil can effectively suppress static electricity generated in the process.
3. It has excellent spinnability in short fiber opening, carding, web forming, drawing, woolen spinning, worsted spinning and other processes.
4. Can effectively inhibit the accumulation of white powder in fiber friction parts (rollers, metal parts, etc.).
5. This oil agent is widely used in needle-punched non-woven fabric technology and has excellent weaving performance.

4. How to use
1. Emulsion preparation method: Add a certain amount of oil to the stirred deionized water and stir evenly for 30 minutes.
2. Recommended emulsion concentration: 0.2 to 0.4% for pre-spinning and 2 to 4% for post-spinning (calculated based on active ingredients)
The oil needs to be fully balanced indoors before use in winter.

Packed in plastic barrels.
