Polyurea Spray Elastomer, Waterproof Coating

The polyurea waterproof coating is a solvent-free, pollution-free and highly reactive protective coating.
This product is a two-component, solvent-free, quick-curing green environment-friendly elastic waterproof material of A and B, which is divided into high-elastic spray (pure) polyurea waterproof coating (JNC) and high-elastic spray polyurethane (urea) (commonly known as semi-polyurea) elastic waterproof coating (JNJ) according to different film-forming reaction groups. It is divided into type I and type II according to physical properties. Components A and B are mixed and sprayed out in the spray gun of the special spraying equipment, and quickly react and solidify to form an elastomer waterproof film.
Component A of high-elastic spray (pure) polyurea waterproof coating is a semi-prepolymer prepared by the reaction of hydroxy-terminated compound and isocyanate; Component B is a mixture of amino-terminated resin and amino-terminated chain extender, and shall not contain any hydroxyl component and catalyst, but a small amount of pigment and dispersed additives are allowed. Component A of high-elastic spray polyurethane (urea) (commonly known as semi-polyurea) elastic waterproof coating is a semi-prepolymer prepared by the reaction of hydroxy-terminated compound and isocyanate; Component B is a mixture of hydroxy-terminated resin or amino-terminated resin and amino-terminated chain extender. Component B can contain catalysts used to improve reaction activity, and a small amount of pigments and dispersed additives are allowed.
