The working principle of high-efficiency hydrocyclone is based on the centrifugal force principle in fluid mechanics. When the pulp enters the cyclone shell in a specific direction (such as tangential direction) through the feed pipe under pressure, the pulp rotates at high speed in the shell. In the process of rotation, coarse particles or dense particles in the pulp are pushed to the periphery of the cyclone due to greater centrifugal force, and gradually flow downward along the wall of the cyclone, and finally discharged from the bottom grit port to become grit; However, fine particles or particles with low density are subjected to less centrifugal force, and they are in the center of the rotating flow and move upward with the liquid flow direction, and finally they are discharged from the overflow pipe to become overflow. In this way, the effective separation of coarse particles and fine particles in pulp is realized.
