Hydrocyclone Hydrocyclone is a device for separating and removing heavy coarse particles, mud and sand from sewage. Sometimes it is also used for mud dehydration. When hydrocyclone is used as classification equipment, it is mainly used to form grinding and classification system with mill; When used as desliming equipment, it can be used for desliming in gravity concentration plant; When used as concentration and dehydration equipment, it can be used to concentrate ore dressing tailings and send them to fill underground mining tunnels.
Hydrocyclone has no moving parts and simple structure; The production capacity per unit volume is large and the area is small;High classification efficiency (up to 80% ~ 90%) and fine classification granularity; Low cost and less material consumption.

A cyclone group is a combination of two or more cyclones connected in series or in parallel. When a single cyclone can't meet the processing capacity or classification fineness required by the process, it can be considered to adopt cyclone sets, which are mostly used in the classification, dehydration, desliming, concentration of mines, tailings damming and wet desulfurization process of power plants.
