Liquid PU Polyurethane Resin for OPP and PET Film Ink
Description
PU-1000 is a non-reactive plasticizer grade polyurethane resin for ink. It is mainly used for the PU ink binder for Toluene and MEK free ink, suitable for flexo and gravure surface printing ink for BOPP and PET, also can be used for simple lamination structure.

Suitable Substrates
It is suitable for corona treated BOPET, BOPA, BOPP, CPP, PE, PVDC and so on.
Compatibility
In general, PU-1000 has demonstrated good compatibility with the resins: Nitrocellulose, Vinyls, Cellulose acetate butyrate, Alkyd resins, Maleic resins, Epoxy resins, Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer (VC/VAC, Vinyl Resin), Polyvinyl butyral and other aldehyde ketone resins. To some pigment, add PU-1000 after grinding.
Solubility
It is soluble in the ester type, alcohol type, ketone type and aromatic hydrocarbons type solvents.
