Polyurethane Rigid Foam for Lamination Plates Casting Special Heat Insulation

 Polyurethane rigid foam has been applied in the building fields in Europe and USA since 1960s. Worked as building insulation material, polyurethane rigid foam has multifunction of heat insulation, waterproof, sound insulation, shock-absorbing and etc that has unmatched excellence than traditional insulation materials. To facilitate application, polyurethane foam is processed into plates, color steel sandwich board on building roofs and walls insulation. Plate special polyurethane foam material is developed by STWD Urethane Co., USA in the 1970s which has been widely applied on the plates processing industry in the USA and Australia.
               
Characteristics    Chemically foaming by the polyether polyol with special additives and isocyanate. With good fluidity in the foaming process, the foam density is uniform and has excellent dimensional stability and adhesion strength. Low heat conductivity coefficient, nice heat insulation, light weight, with high compressive strength and good fire retardant performance. After formula adjustment, it can meet the processing requirements of consecutive plates production line and intermittent line.

Recommended procedures      
Casting by special machine with ratio of 1:1. If casted by hand, mix uniform with Stirrer by the speed of 2000-3000r/min.
