Product Description
1. Description:
Sinow has researched and developed modular screen panels during long contacts with users and on basis of screen mining conditions.
The modular screen panels have the following advantages:
1: The use of clip-on installation saves labor intensity and shorten the maintenance time.
2: The standard size of modular panel is 305 x 610mm, suitable for screen machines type 3683, 3661, 2460, 2160, 1836 and other types. The unified parts are realized.
3: Normally the screen panel is partially damaged, the entire screen Panels needs to be replaced. After the upgrade, only one or two panels are to be replaced if partial wear. This saves spare parts costs, and the upgraded screen has a longer life time. The average service life can be one year or more.
4: By using clip-on installation, the membranes of middle screen panels become narrow, and hole area of screen panels are increasing, thus ensure screening efficiency.
5: The weight of each screen panel is approximately 4.5KG, which will not increase the load on the screen.
6: Each screen panel has a toughness in the hole area and can be shaken up and down when working in screening decks, thus blocking ( materials jam in the hole ) can effectively be prevented .
7: If it is a double-deck vibrating screen machines, the best solution is: the upper deck uses impact-resistant rubber screen panels and the lower deck uses highly wear-resistant polyurethane screen panels.
