LBGX-320 is powerful, firm and reliable. The whole machine weighs 6kg and its marking head is only 1.25Kg. It has ergonomic grip strength, comfortable grip and convenient operation. Rear USB interface, Software support: text, pattern, two-dimensional code, bar code, serial number, graphics and other marking contents. In addition, LBGX-320 has a special case which can be stored and carried to many places. It is one of the smallest rechargeable laser marking machines on the market.

Marking machine workflow:
1. Workpiece placement detection: Check if the product is placed in place on the fixture. If it is not in place, an alarm will be triggered and marking is not allowed.
2. Automatically scan the marking position before marking. Only when there is no code then mark action be allowed. If there is a code, an alarm will be triggered to prevent secondary coding.
3. After marking the QR code, the level verification gun will automatically scan the QR code. If the QR code level meets the standard, it will pass the verification. An alarm will sound if it does not meet the standard.
4.Anti duplication QR code marking: Multiple anti duplication verifications such as scanning verification, anti duplication, error prevention, and brightness code, consistency judgment are performed. If the verification is qualified, the scanned content is saved to the database for verification, and the data is sent to MES. At the same time, the QR code data is saved to the database. The database records include QR code data, marking QR coding time, scanning data, scanning time, coding level, verification results, etc.
5. Power outage protection function: In case of abnormal power outage, the marking software has a memory function. After power supply, the software does not need to reset parameters and can continue marking before power outage without the occurrence of duplicate codes.

FAQQ1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
If you come to our factory in China, our technicians will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
Our professional engineer can come to your country for trainning, installation, adjusting.
Q3: How about the delivery time?
For standard machine, lead time is 10-15 days.
Q4: How about the warranty time?
Our laser marking machine warranty time is 12 months. Please send back the broken parts to us, we will send the new and replaced one to you within quality warranty. We suggest you take one extra set of spare parts together with your order which will be more convinient for your production line continurous running.
