Product overview
The WQ(D)-S series of all-stainless-steel precision-cast sewage and dirt submersible electric pumps adopt a unique single and double flow channel impeller structure, which significantly enhances the passing ability of dirt. The oil chamber is equipped with a fluororubber double-end mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single-end fluororubber mechanical seal structure, effectively reducing the problem of water ingress caused by the abrasion of the rotating shaft due to the friction between sediment and the shaft. The motor achieves F-class insulation through vacuum impregnation and is equipped with a thermal protection device, effectively prolonging the service life of the pump. The whole machine features a precision-cast pump casing, which is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, energy-efficient, aesthetically pleasing, hygienic, and environmentally friendly. Overheating protectors (<2.2kW) and current protectors (2.2 - 4kW) are installed inside the electric pump to prevent the motor from overloading and overheating.Scope of use
It is applicable to buildings, hospitals, residential quarters, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, chemical electroplating, factory sewage discharge, aquaculture, the pharmaceutical industry, the beverage industry, seawater and brine, as well as solid particles, long-fiber wastewater and sewage contained in general corrosive media.
