The protein for animal feed is extracted from the juice water in the starch industry. The protein content is around 60-70%.
Every year during the starch processing season, together we produced potato protein. We only have feed level potato protein which is
suitable for making animal feed.
We are updating our equipment, plan to produce potato fiber, food grade potato protein.
