Our floor design features a plastic bottom reinforced with galvanized tubes, significantly boosting its strength. The meticulously sized square grids are engineered to allow manure to pass through, ensuring it does not accumulate on the floor.
The floor is designed for easy removal, making cleaning a breeze. This user-friendly design ensures that birds land on the manure belts for automatic removal at the end of the process.
The broiler cage floor can be conveniently removed. When pulled out, the broilers drop onto the manure belt and are then transported to the cross conveyor. The cross conveyor belt efficiently carries the broilers to the disc birds-catching machine located outside the poultry house, where they can be directly cased.
