1. Cage System with Strong and Stable Frame Structure.
With Greater number of birds, strong and stable structure are necessary and important for equipment, our cage frame structure can cooperate well to maintain stable and bear more weight.
2. Automatic Feeding and Drinking System.
The feeding system consist of feed deliver auger and feed distribution trolley.
The drinking system consist of filter, doser, water presure regulator, water pipes and nipple drinkers.
3. Automatic Egg Collection System.
Automatic egg collection unit made of galvanized sheet and apparatus produced by our CNC machine.
Egg collection chain system can be turned 90 degree with bends, egg cracking is prevened because of eggs will keep still during transportation.
Meanwhile, the egg collection chain system can be adapted easily for egg processing and grading machiners.
4. Automatic Manure Removal and Deliver System.
Automatic manure removal system consist of manure belts, manure removal machine, and manure deliver system.
Cleaning manure will provide healthy environment and better air quality for layers.
5. Automatic Temperature Controlling System.
Automatic temperature controlling system consist of exhaust fans, cooling pads, ventilation windows, and electronic controlling box with temperature probe and humidity probe.
