| Dosage and Administration: | Inoculation by nasal drops or drinking water. It is used for the first immunity of newborn chicks and can be used for different breeds of chickens. At the age of 1 to 2 months, the H52 vaccine must be used for booster vaccination. Mark the feathers according to the bottle label, and dilute with normal saline, water for injection or cold water of good quality. By nasal inoculation via dilute the feathers as indicated on the bottle label, and use a dropper to draw the vaccine, 1 drop (about 0.03 m1) per feather. By drinking water vaccination shall double the dose. The amount of drinking water depends on the age of the chicken, generally 5.0-10 m1 at 5-10 days. |
| Precaution: | 1) After the vaccine is diluted, it should be stored in a cool and dark place and used up within 4 hours. (2) Metal containers should not be used for drinking water inoculation, and water should be stopped for 2 to 4 hours before drinking. (3) The used vaccine bottles, equipment and unused vaccines should be treated in a harmless manner. |
