Q1: How do l order?

Q2: What about your warranty?
A: First of all, before dellvery, our in-house QC will do a comprehensive inspection to show the condition of the goods by testing operation or trial operation.
     Secondly, our warranty is 12 months from the time of arrval. If the equipment fail, such as the motor, reducer or inverter is damaged, we will replace and repair it free of charge. In case of damage caused by operational error, we will provide technical guidance to customers.

Q3: How about your after-sales service? What should I do if something goes wrong during use?
A: Whether it is under warranty or not , we will first help you figure out the essence and solve the problem through video conferencing. lf it is under warranty, no doubt we will take care of the problem and provide a new replacement free of charge. If it exceeds the warranty period, we will replace it for you with it cost price, find the most favorable mode of transportation, thereby solving the problem, maximizing your cost savings at the sametime, and provide lifelong maintenance advice and technical guidance.
