Application:
SRL-Z series mixer units are widely used in mixing, drying, coloring for all kinds ofresin such as PVC, PP, PE. They can also be applied in dryness of ABS, polycarbonate, and mixing hydroxybenzene, Aide Hyde resin.
This unitis composed of one hot mixing pot and one cooling pot,the materials from hot mixer will be filled into the cooling mixer automatically, so it can eliminate humidity, and protectfrom agglomeration.
Features:
1.It is the basic equipment of PVC pipe/profile/board, PVC foam board making machine.
2.All important components(Pan,agitator,distribution box,etc.) are manufactured inside the company to ensure the quality of the machines.
3.The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way.
4.The abrasion resistant coating of the stirring paddle increases the service life,and runs smoothly throungh the static and dynamic balance test.
5.Barrel wall undergoes precise grinder.
6.Thermo control meters adopt RKC from Japan.
