Operational principle During the feeding process, the material is added to the sending tank through a double butterfly valve or an expansion butterfly valve, and the replaced air is released through the exhaust valve, making feeding easier and eliminating the reverse pressure that hinders material flow. When the sending tank is filled (displayed by the level gauge, reaching 90% of the tank volume), the feed valve and exhaust valve are both closed and sealed, and then compressed air is added to the top of the sending tank through the intake valve, The added compressed air is mixed with the material, and when the pressure in the tank reaches the set value, the bottom discharge valve will automatically open. At this time, pressure will be applied to the entire conveying pipeline, and the material will be transported in a plunger shape until it is emptied. When the pressure inside the sending tank drops to zero, the pneumatic supply is turned off, and a small amount of remaining gas is also discharged from the sending tank and conveying pipeline.
