Product Overview
The bendable screw conveyor is a flexible spiral as the conveying component, which is directly driven by the motor to rotate (or driven after the reducer is decelerated) to convey materials. It is suitable for conveying all kinds of powdery, granular, spherical, sheet and other materials. The screw conveyor can be used for straight conveying or bending conveying. This high flexibility makes it very convenient for users to use. The flexible spiral is the only moving part of the conveyor. No matter how far the conveyor is transported, there are no other moving parts such as bearings in the conveyor pipe. Therefore, the conveyor has reliable performance, almost requires no maintenance, and will not have problems such as lubricating oil polluting the transported materials. Another notable feature of the bendable screw conveyor is that it is easy to clean. It only takes one person 5 minutes to disassemble the conveyor for cleaning. A single flexible screw conveyor can transport materials, with a vertical height of 10 meters and a horizontal distance of 25 meters. If multiple conveyors are connected in series, the distance can be longer and higher.
