Product Description
RW-01 semi-crosslinked powdered nitrile rubber is a raw material for improving the performance of PVC plastics. It can improve the toughness, cold resistance and wear resistance of PVC products, also known as PVC toughening agent, cold resistance agent and wear resistance agent.
The modified PVC has the following characteristics :
1. Improve the elasticity and rubber feel of the product.
2. Increase the tensile strength of the product, improve oil resistance, wear resistance, and flex resistance.
3. Enhance the weather resistance and aging resistance of the product.
4. Prevent the precipitation, migration and volatilization of plasticizers.
5. Improve the good processing type and stability of the product.
6. It can improve the slip resistance of footwear.
7. Increase the stability of the product against ultraviolet radiation.
8. Increase the resistivity of the product and have excellent insulation.
RW02-04 cross-linked powdered nitrile rubber has the advantages of high raw rubber content, low release agent content, fine particles, easy dispersion, and convenient use . The phenolic resin modified by powdered nitrile rubber is used in brake pads, which can increase the friction coefficient of the product, effectively improve the toughness of the material while maintaining the rigidity of the material, reduce noise, improve the comfort of the brake and the product grade.
