A: Yes, there are 3 ways:

2: Place order with our trailer and other goods;
3: 100% TT advanced payment.
Q4: Is inspection need after final production?
A: No, CHALLENWAY has a professional internal QC team to control the quality within and after final production. The buyer's inspection is also allowed.
Q5: How long I can get the goods after confirm order?
A: We need 7-30days for production; If you could arrange 100%TT, we will booking ship advanced, you dont need to wasting time for waiting delivery.
Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7: What is your guarantee?
A: 1 year or 12000km;
Q8: What should i do if claims appears?
A: When the claims appear, what we need are the pictures of products, use condition brief, the order information. CHALLENWAY will analysize the problem, even field investigation, and work out an final option with customers.
